To start the new year off, here is a changelog for a new update to MinePaw!

This forum post will go over all the new changes to the network!

Increased Server Version Support

We have increased our Server Version support, meaning more players can now join from more versions.

I am pleased to announce that you can join MinePaw on any version 1.8+ - however, please keep in mind that currently all gamemodes are 1.20+ :)

New Gamemode: Bedwars!

Bedwars is a game which has been suggested by many players since the launch of MinePaw! I am pleased to announce that our first prototype for Bedwars is now LIVE!

MinePaw Bedwars carries the usual theme of Bedwars; a team-based PvP game where players protect their bed, which allows them to respawn, while trying to destroy the beds of other teams to eliminate them and be the last team standing.

Some unique perks about MinePaw Bedwars are:

- 1.9+ PvP

- Proximity VoiceChat

- New Custom Maps

- Daily Rewards & Cosmetics

Please keep in mind that Bedwars is currently in Beta - and any feedback / bug reports would be greatly appreciated! :)

WeebleSMP is now on 1.21.4!

As the snow and ice slowly starts to melt away, it is time we finally update the SMP! Starting from now, the SMP will be native 1.21.4 - meaning we can all experience the new items such as the Bundles and the Pale Garden!

(Due to updating from an older versions, some plugins, such as the Images plugin & Hologram plugins are yet to receive updates - which is why this was so delayed :( - Please submit any bug reports if you spot any issues!)

Dynmap Support on SMP

With the introduction of Dynmap - searching for terrain, players or even biomes has never been easier!

Dynmap is an interactive web-based map of the SMP, which you can drag around and search for players, look at the world, or search for where your next build will be!

Since Dynmap is web-based, it means you could even access this on your phone!

Lunar Client Support

MinePaw has been approved and now integrated into Lunar Client!

This means if you're playing on MinePaw, it will now show on the launcher, as well as on your Discord SRV!

It also means it will appear on your Lunar Client Wrapped for 2025 ;)

New Hub

In favour of supporting 1.8+ clients, we also updated the Hub to allow these players to join, using 1.8 and above blocks!

We thank you for your continuous support and patience! Unfortunately, we were experiencing some issues with the hardware the server was hosted on over the last couple days -  which could've left us with some unsaved/corrupted progress. Thankfully, our server host, Trinura, really came in clutch and helped us out a ton!
